"Wonderful staff providing great service for their customers, especially from a lovely woman called Kelly who really made me feel like I was part of a little family at a time when I had stopped believing in the good of people A massive thank you from my family to yours, you have no idea how much a little kindness means to some people when they feel lost"
"Never order from here. Just got the food in a boxed up ready meal. Hasn't been heated or cared for a customer to appreciate with the money spent on it. Might aswell go tesco and get a meal deal if you're selling this overly priced cold food in packets. Don't risk ordering from here. I've had to heat the food up myself plus added my own flavors with the lack of taste the meal has. The texture of the chicken brutally honest tastes like chewing gum. Couldn't even finish the meal, only thing I'm hoping for is not to get ill."
"I'm fond of sushi, so I treated myself to a box of spicy, crispy salmon roll from the Panku in my local ASDA store. . I made a special trip since I don't normally shop in ASDA. I've just arrived home, sat down and opened the box with my mouth watering and.........all I can say is don't bother. The rice is nasty and very dry. Not sushi rice at all. Probably ASDA smartprice. Apart from the vaguely spicy taste, it's otherwise completely tasteless. I can't even chuck it to the dogs because they have avocado in. What a waste of a fiver. I think it's called streetfood because it's natural environment is in a gutter on a Saturday night. Nasty nasty stuff. The only good thing about it is that the oblong clear plastic box is useful as a mini cloche to sprout my tomato seeds in. Wisbech ASDA. Can't see it staying in this store for long. Locals are very conservative and distrust anything 'foreign'."
"Really disappointed. When I found out panku was in my local asda, I was very excited. I bought the Chiken Katsu Curry. From the pictures advertised I expected it to be much nicer. £5.00 is too much for something like this especially considering it's a small portion, barely any curry which was advertised as a sauce, and the chicken cutlet is soggy and not crispy at all. Won't be buying again."
"Bought a salad and sushi from Glasgow Bearsden so much choice great really enjoyed it. Decided to try Panku Cumbernauld. Choice wasnt as good but to be fair it was late in the day. Boy what a difference... rice under cooked and hard in the sushi plus there was a small fly lying in the rice!!!!!! Surprised we didnt get food poisoning. The salad had not been drained properly so there was so much water lying at the bottom of bowl it was tasteless. Wont be buying from Cumbernauld again. Standards very low."
