"Asked for a chicken tika tray with salad at £7.50 and the attached photo is what I received. I phoned up the takeaway fnd asked if this was right. The man on the phone stated laughing with his friend's and told me"yep that's what you've paid for*"
"Absolutely awful, waited for 1 hour 30 mins, called up and the person couldn't speak a similar language. After 2 hours I made my own food in the end and had the order cancelled. Pretty sure they bought their reviews on JustEat."
"I ordered the other night and my review would not be posted on just eat so I'll do it on here I ordered a large kebab witch by the pic clearly isn't even a small I asked for 2 mini filled raps witch came in hot dog buns with brown lettuce unless I get refunded or a other meal I want be ordering again from here it's a shame cause first time I ordered I was blown away with how nice it was..."
"Ordered x2 Crown burgers, x2 Cheesey chips and x2 Chilly cheese bites through the website. Was told food would take around 40 mins to arrive, after a hour and 1/2 of waiting we still hadn't received what we ordered. To say we were a little annoyed would be a understatement, the takeaway is less then a mile away and shouldn't take that long to arrive, but were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are a new takeout and probably still trying to find their feet, we could have been prepared to forgive it was just a busy Friday night. After ringing up to find out were our food was, we were told there was a problem with the online ordering, website had confirmed the order, but Kaiysa hadn't received it. The person we spoke to was apologetic and asked to reconfirm our order and address, they said they were sorry and would be as quick as possible and get our order to us. When the food did arrive the delivery guy was very apologetic and apologised on behalf of the manager. As a way of apology and good gesture they had given us two massive chicken strips. Food was piping hot, and delicious will definitely be using again but ordering over the phone rather then through the app next time, Would like to give 5* but can only bring ourselves to give 4, would have given a lower score but Kaiysa redeemed themselves with the fantastic food and good gesture."
"Really disappointed Tried this in first week with fish and chips - fish was fine - what I didn’t like Chips weren’t chips - they were French fries Chips were frozen (French fries) ( referred to as chips in review) Meal put in box then in carrier which stood box on end shaking everything to bottom - epic fail Fish cooked to order - only me innshop- I’d rather not wait £6+ for fish and chips here- Kerry’s in ilkeston less than £5 Chips dry as a nuns crutch Had to wait for fish being cooked Had to wait for chips being cooked Can’t believe they’re doing frozen French fries in a village chip shop. I’m not going there till they start using proper potatoes to make chips. Also I live in village - not convinced other 2 reviewers do."
