"Had a lovely Birthday meal with my family for my father's 55th birthday. The waiter was friendly and welcoming by allowing us to sit in one of the booths by request of myself. The service was quick but not rushed. We ordered a mixture of Gyoza sides, Brisket Ramen and Katsu chicken currys. The food was fantastic. My father did not like his meal due to his own personal flavours nothing wrong with it and was helped by the staff who exchanged his meal for something else which he thoroughly enjoyed. We left with a massive smile on our faces and full bellys. Thanks Wagamama @ Eastmidlands outlet."
"A good place to eat at a great shopping outlet ! The staff was welcoming and friendly. Showed to our tables explained the ordering system. The food doesn't arrive in sequence but we were informed of that in advance. Best part is you get piping hot food served quite quickly. Free green tea which is good as well. Nice drinks. Both mains and sides were up to mark and loved how many vegetarian and vegan options were there jn the menu ! Def recommended!"
"My only negative is the menu is a tad limited, sort of like 5 main meals with different meat/vegan alternatives. The atmosphere of the restaurant is rather nice and chilled out, the servers are very helpful and cheery (our server helped us pick out our drink, I had tropical and miles had high five. The juice does have bits in it but not that noticeable). The danburi was more filling than I thought it would be looking at it, so glad I took the recommendation as it was delicious."
"Seated and served quickly. Staff were absolutely fantastic with regards to allergens. They made sure the head waitress takes the order for allergy sufferers, the head chef cooks the food! Food was wonderful and came quickly. Will definitely be coming again!"
