"First time a went I had chicken noodle soup, barely any chicken but didn't complain as I knew they'd just opened. Today I went again as I wanted to give them another chance, ordered dumplings, noodles and veg and actually watched them prepare my food as I was taking away, everything was microwaved... I ordered a boiled egg with it (£1.50 for an egg) and I watched him microwave my egg...I wish I'd asked for a refund there and then because the food wasn't fit for purpose, 14quid down the drain and I threw half of it in the bin. The noodles tasted like worms, everything else tasted like salt, the "veg" was non existent and the dumplings hard and tasteless. Won't be returning."
"Was so excited for an itsu to finally open in Nottingham. Disappointing that it’s so small and no seats inside. Famous chicken soup and spicy salmon rolls are delicious. Great for a quick lunch."
