"Arrived at 22:45 on a Wednesday and politely asked if they were still open. David glared at my and reluctantly walked over to the till and simple said "what would you like". Placed my order and without even looking at me David said "£9.99". It was clear that they had already broken down the preparation area and my presence was not welcome. I've worked in customer service based roles all my life and this sort of service really frustrates me. I get that I may have been the last customer of the night but ultimately, the opening hours are until 23:00 and I arrived 15 minutes before that!"

"Wow what an experience ! 2 hours for the pizza to arrive! Tried the decadence with cheese and extra cheese It arrived an hour and half after they said it was already out for delivery! It was like soggy cardboard! I haven’t had one good experience from here yet! Constantly bad!! Won’t be going there again However the manager himself was helpful and very apologetic"
