"We order quiet regular. Everything is always piping hot! Tonight we sat here waiting nearly 2 hours very unusual as its normally well within 30 mins! So I thought I would ring. What a idiot! I selected collection! No idea how. However they went above and beyond and said they would make fresh and deliver! That in my eyes is fantastic customer service!"
"I made a error and didn't see the app had altered to pick up. I order all the time and this has never happened it always populates to delivery. I am aware it was my error but we had no way to collect (I'm on crutches) I called and explained and I was met with the rudest response telling me it isn't there problem. I advised we order all the time and can they not do this one favour for a regular customer. He asked for my address and hung up so now I don't know if it is coming or not and I may have lost 30 quid. I will give it a while if it dosnt arrive order else where, but I will never order from pizza amigos again as I work in customer service and a little empathy goes a long way. I asked for salad too and got shreds of lettuce and a few bits of tomato. Wasnt at all up to Amicos standards and will find somewhere else now"
