"Ate in with my husband and 3 year old daughter.spend just over £30. Near the end of our meal my daughter needed to use the toilet desperately, Big chunks didn’t have a toilet for customers so I asked the gentleman with a beard if my daughter could use the staff toileit, he replied saying’give me 2 minutes’ I waited almost 10 minutes but he didn’t get back to me, in the end I gave up and went to McDonald’s to use their tiolet. The food is good but Big chunks management need to understand that they need to have a accessible tiolet for customers to use. It’s a restaurant with seating area."

"Ordered second time this month and the food is not worth the money, boneless chicken platter was cold, 3 chicken strips without flavour, chips cold and no flavour in rice, salad was missing, I've asked for garlic mayo but didn't receive any, shame it used to be very nice and lovely food, I won't be ordering again sadly, expensive and not worth it. "I had pizza delivered today and this was my first and last time that I tried Big Chunks pizza, Firstly it was cold when it arrived also I payed extra for more chicken topping with pineapple, Jalapeño but unfortunately You guys didn't put any Jalapeños or pineapples. I won't recommend anyone buying next time, Also I ordered spicy pizza but the taste was sweet and two plain, Kids didn't like the pizza too, I regret wasting my money know."

Friday night, snuggled up on the sofa with a movie ready on the big screen. We decided 18:30 would be a perfect time to get our Pizza's delivered.... @ 18:40, no delivery or update from Chunky Chicken. So I called Chunky Chicken Nottingham. Extremely dismissive and tone "unbothered", an Asian gentleman expressed to me that the delivery guy is right outside basically and any moment I will have my Pizzas. >>>>>>> I switched the main bright, SAS-style beacon light on at my front porch to maybe aid in our addresses discovery. .......18:50 still no sign of our pizzas nor of Chunky Chicken Staff Our house is the ONLY large detached residential property for a square mile at this Postcode and arguably situated in the most recognised part of Nottingham. We have had approximately 300 deliveries and visitor appointments to date. Only twice did we have more trouble getting a delivery because they struggled to locate our address. Welcome again to 2022/2023 where with i,e Google Maps in long existence, there is no real excuse for getting lost. At 18:57 I see a car crawling past our property's perimeter. "Ordered from here lastnight and was shocked at what we received. The wrap was fine, chips were cold. Then, we ordered chicken and rice as a meal. One piece of chicken wasn't fully cooked and was pink in the middle, the other was bloody and nasty. Won't be eating from here again."
