"Ordered online but I couldn't add an additional topping so I called up the West Bridgford shop and mentioned it to them. They said absolutely no problems to add it and will charge when we went to pick it up. My husband went and didn't charge us! I also got a phone call to say the pizzas were ready as well. Really great customer service and the pizzas and sides were amazing! Would recommend. Only downside they don't deliver to us which I really hope they will soon! Thank you!"

"My food arrived cold, the chicken was not cooked properly and the bites were disgusting. I spoke to a guy called kush from the west Bridgford store who was absolutely awful. Worse customer service I have ever received. He basically told me that I was lying and there was nothing he could do. I asked to be given further details for the owner and he refused she put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will not be ordering again."
