"I wish I could review the food, but it was never received. Nearly an hour after accepting the order I received a text message to say it was going to be late, fair enough. Then 5 minutes after that a text message to say it was cancelled. Such a shame as this was going to be the first order from Masala Balti, sadly I shan't be placing another."

"Worst customer service ever! Rude, obnoxious and have no customer service skills! The owner should really reconsider his staffing! Been ordering from this place for ages as we have always enjoyed the food, however on various occasions I have been told to f off, been hung up on, had the guy laughing with someone in the background whilst taking my order and there is never a manager available to talk to.just a tip....stop hiring pre pubescent immature boys and maybe try hiring qualified staff who have respect for their customers and the business they represent! Jst lost a customer! Do not order here!!"
