"I used to love this place, I ordered through uber, the place cancelled the order after 1 hour from my order, not giving me the chance to order from anywhere else. I tried to call the shop for more than an hour after and didn't pick the call up, when they picked up they told me to take it up to uber. Super disappointed, upset and my daughter didn't have her long awaited pizza. No sense of resolution for a regular customer, no sense of remorse when I told them they lost a regular customer. Super disappointed."
"Absolutely fuming paid £17 for pizza ordered at 7:05pm and its now 8:42pm and still not received our pizza yet. Aswell as that they are not picking up the phones and shut up and up n left when someone should stay behind and sort phone enquiries out. 1 star review at customer service is appalling"
"We were looking forward to trying a new place. Unfortunately, the food was delivered 40minutes after the delivery window after we called to check where the food was. The two wraps were stone cold. Chips had obviously been left in the box for a while as there was condensation inside the box which had then dripped into water onto the chips. The pizza wasn't what we had ordered (meant to be a bbq pizza with no spicy items as I have cholitis and came tomato based with jalepenos on). The burgers were burnt, no salad. Overall, a very poor meal. It all went in the bin and we went to Sainsburys to get something edible. Wouldn't recommend."

"Pizza is not too bad. Its the service last few times I've been in the guys have ignored me to talk amongst themselves and when you interrupt they get attitude with you. Also there are always people hanging infront of the shop smoking weed obviously known by the staff because they're always in and out the shop. I think this place also gives food to homeless people which is fine but then you get harassed by them every time."
