I'm highly insulted at the terrible customer service and have contacted just eat to investigate further. Would never buy from here again."

"Do not order, this place is a scam. We ordered via UberEats and it has been the most outrages behaviour I've experienced. We ordered £45 worth of food, some noodle dish, a variety of sushi, desert and sides. Our order took 2.5hrs to arrive. The food had been sitting in the driver's car for over an hour. When we called, we were told the food had left 20 mins ago and took another hour to reach us. The sushi had been placed alongside the hot food so the fish was partially cooked and the cream cheese had melted. Then, after sitting for an hour the food had gone soggy and cold. When we opened the sushi, the smell was unbearable, the chips were sweaty and rock solid, the sides greasy and smoked through from the cooled down steam. We had tried to cancel our order but they said they were very close and refused to let us cancel. Albeit, we hadn't given them a name or number so how would they have known who we were. We calmly called, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. We were passed down to 3 different people, all telling us that there was no problem. The owner tried to gaslight us by saying ' first you're telling me the food is cold, now you're saying the sushi got too hot'. Then they hung up on us. We're actually quite speechless, we've never received this poor quality of food and this disgusting treatment before. £45 wasted. When we tried to call back, the answering machine had a different name of the shop. We think it's a scam."

"Spent £45 on sushi and noodles, after 90 minutes we were told the driver had left 30 minutes ago, another 30 minutes pass and he arrives, that means our food sat in the car for a total of 1 hour... Unedible, chips soggy and wet, noodles freezing and the sushi had absorbed the heat from the food when it was hot at one stage.... rang for a refund, the driver said ring the shop, the shop said ring the driver, pass the blame game, then the shop hung up on us and stopped answering our calls, sitting at 10pm at night with cold unedible food that cost 45 quid, that we ordered at 7.50pm... Absolute disgrace of a shop, never been hung up on in my life by a place that is considered to offer any kind of paid service. Don't waste your money."
