"Great to walk round the lake, but was a bit smaller than I expected. Enjoyed the big sky views and the wildfowl. The RAF history was very interesting and could use more attention, signposting the various features, explaining the history and so forth. Parking is plentiful although not free. Excellent bar/cafe in the Boathouse, good coffee and snacks, and staying open into the evening is a big plus when most such places are closed by 4 on a Sunday. Highly recommended."
"Inflatables were great fun. Staff were friendly and professional. Dog friendly. The changing rooms could do with better curtains/doors my teenage daughters got changed in the bathroom in the end. Could do with a cafe and shade over the benches. Good fun day out"
"Beautiful space to take the kids for a picnic. Clean field, amazing views. Kids enjoyed seeing the ducks and going to the funfair. Parking was available at a reasonable price, definitely recommend it for a relaxing day."
"We are so very lucky to have this on our doorstep and it is easily forgotten that the London Borough of Redbridge has some of the most beautiful parks and recreational grounds that London has to offer. I came here today with friends, kids and dogs and there is just so much activity and if you just want to chill out you can do that too. Lovely little cafe and restaurant also."
"I visited this park yesterday evening with my 5 years old daughter and 3 years old daughter and what a lovely and peaceful place have nearby. I highly recommend this park for people who wish to do regular running, jogging and just for a walk anytime of the day. There is a nice looking restaurant for you to have a good meal with family. Ice cream vans, Boat hiring and some water games place add more fun for youngsters. We highly recommend for you to visit owl children centre for kids age 3 to 12 years. Kids will not like to come out of it. Really amazing place for them to engage in different activities."
