"Really really pleased with Rich from Lewis Boiler Services. After frantically ringing around all morning for an available local plumber, I finally came across lewis Boiler Services number. Rang them & got hold of someone straight away. Explained that my boiler hadn’t worked since Thursday (so no heating or hot water for 3 days), & thankfully he said he could come out within 2 hours. He arrived at mine less than half hour later. My boiler is now working again. Absolutely amazing service. Very fast response & very professional. However, I decided to install a new boiler as mine was over 23 years old and I’m glad we did because, on removal, we could see the old one was on its last legs. Richard didn’t put any pressure on us to do this, he gave us all the options, costed the work and did everything for us quickly and efficiently.
