"Brilliant service. I sent a text message this afternoon to request help. During a kitchen remodel my washing machine was moved and initially I thought that the noise coming from the drum when washing and spinning was as a result of that. Steven immediately responded and suggested that was unlikely, and suggested that it might be a bra wire that had got stuck, and that it might be poking through one of the small holes in the drum. That is exactly what it was! I managed to pull it out and the machine is back in working order. So happy to have such a helpful and immediate service that I could remedy myself. Many thanks.
