I didn't expect it to come before Christmas so it feels like a present from my partner. The whole process was very professional and I was kept informed of the process from start to finish. "Chris is a 'real find'. I've already bought a memorial ashes necklace from him, but decided I'd like another one in a different design and colour. I chose an open heart in red set with my husband's ashes. It arrived yesterday, well ahead of the time frame given when ordering. It's absolutely beautiful and looks stunning on, and unbeknown to Chris it arrived just before what would've been my wedding anniversary, so it is extra special.
