"They’re so rude and unprofessional. I went and bought a necklace for my mum for her birthday and a week later she tried it on and literally it snapped like paper. This doesn’t happen when you attempt to put a necklace on. Idk what they’re selling but it’s not good quality for the amount you pay. I went back the next day with my family asking for a refund or a exchange and they told me they won’t do anything for me yet the lady that works their demonstrated how easily the necklace can break so she even proved herself how easy it is to break. Stupid woman. Usually when an item is faulty your are entitled to exchange or get a full money back as I work in retail myself. This place needs to shut down. Do not buy from this place."
