"We took our daughters ring in for valuation together with all the necessary certificates. Paid the valuation fee upfront and were under the impression it would be a week or two before we got this valuation back. We chased after3 weeks to be told he was behind with his valuations but it would be done by the end of the week. After waiting almost 5 weeks and chasing yet again my daughter was told that he could not find the paper work. You can imagine our annoyance.
