"I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service I received yesterday after 4pm. I asked the woman at the till if the pendant I chose was for men, and her response was “ we don’t segregate gender in this shop” with a rude facial expression, not only I was uphold by this but my friend was too. I’m only guessing it was because we disturbed her hoovering, when we waited until she was finished. Before this was, I was actually saying to my friend I remember the woman when she served me in 2018. And not only this, but you promote women and men’s jewellery, so would this not be a target to a gender? I won’t be purchasing anything again from the Bromley warren James store due to the rude manner and the words affiliated with racism."
"Nice jellewery but very poor quality . I've lost one earing shortly after i put them on. I wear them only once. The staff was also rude trying to blame me for losing it so they can decline my refund. It happened within a week from the purchase."
"Absolutely horrendous. Friend bought a mans cross and chain by mistake in a branch 120 miles away.they wont refund what is a genuine error.told me to drive 120 miles where I may get a voucher only valid in that branch . Shambles avoid"
"If I could give no stars I would, absolutely awful company. I do not recommend buying jewellery from this company at all. They have no refund policy customer service is terrible, staff members are rude and unhelpful."
"Visited this morning to purchase a pair of earrings, after browsing asked to see a pair in window. I questioned if they was real silver as this was what I required and when she advised they was not I said I would like to see a different pair I had already seen. I pointed them out to her and sales person presented a different pair to me. I told her they was not correct and the pair I pointed out are bigger. She told me they were right and the display pair looks different due to lighting/glass window. I insisted that they was not correct and request she came to window to show her, she did not want to do this and continued to say they are the correct pair. After several requests for her to come to window, I asked to be served by someone else and questioned if she was the manager. She said that she was the manager and I politely asked for a 3rd time for her to come to window. She finally did and I was able to show her the correct earrings but instead of apologising she then attempted to pass blame back to me. I thanked her for her time and said I would go elsewhere but this just shows why people shop online. For a manager to provide such a poor level of service is just not acceptable. I am extremely disappointed that I was unable to make my purchase and was actually upset that I had to keep attempting to show her the correct item."
