"Terrible customer service. Ordered beginning of January, still no idea when my order will arrive which got lost by Evri, reshipped with Royal Mail (so I was told, if it actually did get reshipped then that's the only good bit of service), but got given no tracking information for this reshipping and Tribu aren't replying."

"Abusive owner, Gil. Have recorded the entire interaction. The man literally started shouting at me in front of my 6 year old girl for trying to refund one of two pairs of earrings I purchased as a gift, that I had been told were refundable as long as I didn't tear the sticker (also recorded as I knew this was not the norm for earrings). My heart is racing. I feel sick. I cannot believe I've been spoken to like that. I stood there biting back tears in front of my child. Need to figure out how to take it further as I've just been verbally assaulted by this man and he is the owner so can't even go above him. Will be researching what to do to escalate this. That is one abusive man. His hands were literally shaking with anger. He clearly has some serious anger problems. Shouldn't be allowed around people, frankly. Shame I can't upload audios to respond to his 'lier' response, including his employee who told me it would be refundable in the first place and was clearly too scared to even speak up, apologising profusely when he left. Also, interesting to read in the first other review I've seen when going to post elsewhere, that he has threatened another woman. Report is due."

"Purchased 3 separate items and 2 have since broken after 10 months and 3 months. So the item broke after 10 months, so I purchased the exact same one because I liked it so much. That broke after 3 months....so I would put that down to design or manufacture quality. Please be graceful when dealing with constructive criticism as it reflects a lot about how you conduct your business and future sales"

"Incredible customer service at a time where i have found most companies to be pretty lacking in that department. I have bought from Tribu a few times now, they stock really great items of jewellery but what makes me come back is that if there is ever a problem or a slight issue with the shipping times, they are on hand to give advice and will sort the issue with minimum hassle to the customer. This doesn't happen often but right now with the current postal strikes and Christmas rush its tough, they made it easy. Thankyou"

"I have seen a few of the negative reviews but that is so far removed from my experience I felt compelled to write. I bought the most stunning silver earrings a few months back but unfortunately broke one so asked Tribu if they could please help me fix it. They went one further and replaced it for free, even including a refund of my postage and paying 1st class signed for their end. I was so totally amazed by such wonderful service, they really have been brilliant. Their products are gorgeous, often imitated but never quite the same quality. You really do get what you pay for and I am indeed one happy customer who shall be back to buy more. Thanks guys."
