"We bought our wedding rings from Kojis and received fantastic service - all the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
"Purchased an engagement ring from here as well as our wedding rings. The diamond fell out of the engagement ring a couple of years later despite rarely wearing the ring. Koji's were unhelpful at first and insisted I should have had the ring serviced once a year (this seems a bit much to me, especially as I rarely wear the ring). I insisted on better customer service and in the end they removed the repair charge however still charged me to replace the missing diamond. We aren't happy with the repair which has left one side of the ring looking slightly different to the other. Sadly I would not buy jewellery from here again as I feel the customer service is poor and the jewellery is overpriced for the quality. Very disappointed, should have gone to my local jeweller."
"Contacted me the day after the sale to ask for another £500 because apparently their website price was incorrect. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Will not be purchasing from this business again and would advise anyone else to look at a more reliable retailer."
"Fantastic customer service and beautiful jewellery throughout their Liberty’s store. The staff are all very knowledgeable and spent loads of time with my fiancé and I when we were choosing my engagement ring two years ago. Discussed all the options throughly and ended up changing my mind from an emerald to a round cut solitaire diamond set on a platinum band; it’s still looks as beautiful today as it did the day we brought it! Have since been back twice; once for a pair of pearl earrings and more recently for a delicate diamond bracelet. Both are now staples of my jewellery box and have been worn on many special occasions. The earings especially are always receiving compliments and I’ve already planned to wear the bracelet when we get married this summer. I could not recommend Kojis enough, no where else matches their knowledge and range of beautiful antique pieces!"
"Very expensive Jewllery compared to its quality and craftmanship. Ruby has internal imperfections and diamond baguettes fell out, twice!!! First time under the rings warranty and other outside warranty but goodwill was offered. After last occurance I stressed the fact that this was a reccurring issue, I was guaranteed that all the stone settings had been rectified, checked and reinforced... To my surprise that was a lie. I took the same ring to a private jeweler and he almost laughed in my face when i told them what i paid for it and the fact that the baguettes would imminently jump off again. They showed me that a paper sheet could almost fit between one of the baguettes and its claw. I have remodeled the ring due to its poor construction. Untill then this ring has caused many sad times and almost cost me my engagement. I do NOT recommend Kojis. Look for private jewlers as for their craftmanship is amazing and they always cut a good deal."
