"I bought a small pendant from them today and the main boss was so rude. I asked for a bag because it was a gift and one of the workers got me a nice gift bag and he was literally about to give it to me when the other man started shouting in his language not to give it. The man then took it away and said sorry we don't have. The bag honestly probably costs them 50p to buy, maximum 1 pound but i highly doubt it and they took it back after showing it to me. Poor customer service. Definitely won't go here again. I was in a rush so I bought it but I wish I told them I don't want it anymore."
