"Amazing vets. Absolutely would recommend this practise and staff to anyone who has a pet. They really accommodated my dogs and was very kind and patient with them. They’re not in it for money like a lot of places, they genuinely care and remember your animals. Such kind vets. I live an hour away now and still stay with them because of their service and caring nature. Their pet plan they provide is brilliant. So worth the money especially in these hard times! Thank you for your care you’ve given to my dogs and us as dog parents"
"Having stupidly moved vets on a neighbours suggestion, when my doggie needed an op, I was so grateful after chalklands took us back after I felt the after care was lacking consideration and knowledge at our ‘new vets’… I cannot thank all the reception, nursing and veterinarians team at Chalklands!!! We should never have left you! Can’t thank you enough for the guidance and understanding you showed, to help my fur princess recover! She’s happy and running again. Because of you. Xx"
"Brought Freddie in for his booster and Kennel cough, as soon as he entered he sat himself down on the scales to be weighed 25 kilos all good. Maria came out to greet us, Freddie could not wait to follow her... he remembers the lick mat .Maria was happy with Freddie and told me he was a fine looking dog, good muscles, good stance and his check was all good. Freddie was oblivious to all this as Maria prepped the lick mat with liver pate.. without any fuss he was given his injection, and she even managed to give him his Kennel cough in his mouth as he continued to lick the mat. Maria's words were good to hear that we are doing right by Freddie, he has calmed down, although still excitable at 17 months. A really lovely visit, I love Maria, she always makes us welcome and her main interest is fussing and taking care of our Freddie, she has such a calming manner and Freddie loves her. Thank you Maria xx"
"We moved our young cat over to Chalkland Vets a few weeks ago, after a bad experience elsewhere trying to get good care for our 4-legged companion. And so glad we’re with Chalkland, what a shame we did not choose right from day 1 when we got Teddy as a kitten. In our few weeks going there we have found a friendly welcoming team of professionals, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Easy to make appointments, clear advice on treatments and very reasonable costs. They’ve been looking after our cat so well – recently had him neutered and chipped, and he just loved the experience especially the few hours after when he was as high as a kite. He’s been back for his check-up and all fine – in fact Teddy now seems to love going there, guess it’s the nice cuddles he gets from the staff. So good to know we now have a team of vets that we feel at home with and can depend on."
