"This store is your typical Oxford Street store when it comes to customer service, where the level of service you receive is commensurate on your looks. I was dressed down and carrying a rucksack, looking more like a tourist, and the store manager treated me like one. Spent nearly £5K which changed the Manager's attitude."

"I scheduled a visit to try two watches and buy one of them today )(I even checked priori to visit if the watches are in store according to the website). I arrived to the shop just to be told they don’t have these watches and that they sent me email few minutes earlier to inform me about it (I never received the email). Not a client service experience I was expecting when looking to buy luxury watch."

"I bought an engagement ring from ernest jones in July. When I bought the ring I explained that my girlfriend and I would be going travelling for 3 months. So it would need resizing. The lady who sold me the ring told me to buy an expensive insurance so that I could bring it in for resizing whenever I wanted - to which the manager agreed. So I brought it in for resizing on the 21st of October. Then I'm told that the insurance doesn't cover resizing and only loss or theft. After explaining to staff in the shop that I was missold insurance they agreed they would cover the cost of resizing. They said it would be ready to collect on the 8th of November. On the 10th of November we got an email saying that they had missed the delivery date due to a certificate number issue and that the new date it would be ready would be the 21st of November. Now they have said it's still going to be a few more weeks as we had to confirm the work to be done. Although they already gave us a new collection date and said it would be illegal for them to give it back without the certificate number. I can't believe how terrible the service has been! My brother bought a ring from Hatton Gardens for the same price and it was resized and returned in 5 days! We will be up to 8 weeks by the new date - if it even arrives? Absolutely shocking."

"We came to Ernest Jones 31 years ago when they were at the other end of Oxford St for my wife's Engagement and Wedding rings. 31 years later, we are back to London and EJ for a little 30 year wedding anniversary gift for my amazing wife. The service back then, and still is perfect and so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend EJ Jewellers for that something special. *Unfortunately my photo skills don't do this beautiful necklace justice."

Nita served us and she was absolutely lovely and very professional, she measured our ring sizes and gave us good advice on which size to go for. She gave us homework to really think about what we want to engrave them with! When we collected the rings she was there again and they were absolutely perfect! Thank you!"
