"Hi I’ve previously had Naseem work for me at desire collections for years never experienced such a thing she was always polite and welcoming to customers I’ve also been visiting the shop she’s currently working at and always experienced excellent customer service"
"Been to this shop so many times. What a polite lady..always by jewellary from this shop. Very good customer service. Really appreciate the hard work."
"Im sharing this on behalf of my sister and my mum who went through this while shopping at this store. This incident happened on 1st june. My mum and I walked eager to buy some bangles as we have a family wedding coming up. We were looking forward to going in as we brought some stuff from the same shop and lady a few years back and loved the service and jewellery. While being served, my mother and I were having a look at the bangles when the lady asked what my mum's bangle size is, I responded with "2.4, I think" so she took the bangle out and my mum tried it on and said "oh, this won't fit me". The lady responded with "if it's not 2.4, why would you say it is?" while putting the bangles back inside the tray. My mum noticed her being off and quiet impolite but responded nicely with "could you show me other sizes then please, I am asking politely?" Then she replied with "but that's what I'm doing anyway, you're the one who said the wrong size". At this point I stepped in because I noticed her tone going high and was being really rude to my mum. I said "lower your tone, we are customers just asking for your help". To which she responded with "yeah but you shouldn't be saying the wrong size". I responded by saying "Wrong size or not, you could be nicer and show us other options". She couldn't tolerate the fact that I was standing up for my Mother and she said "have you not taught your daughter any manners?". As I was having a go at her for continuously shouting at both my mother and I, she suddenly grabbed onto my finger and tried to twist it. I pulled back in fear because at this point an absolute stranger tried to physically abuse me. If both my mum and dad hasnt shouted at her for doing so, God knows what more she would have done. In addition to this, she continuously swore at us and shouted at us. My mum and I tried to calmly explain to the shop owner how his employee was in the wrong. It seemed like the employee did not care as even when I said "You literally just physically touched me, I could call the police on you" she did not have a care in the world as she she slammed the table and said "let's call the police and sort this out right now, right here". I was confused, distressed and emotionally depressed thinking how someone could think it's ok to physically touch someone like that. She is not my family member, nor a friend and is literally an absolute stranger. My mum and I generally disgusted by her behaviour and will never enter her store as she the employee is rude, disrespectful and abusive."
"We visited this shop today, the Pakistani aunty at the shop was extremely rude. We were just having a look, she was being very loud and using bad language. Her customer service was unacceptable and the reason to why we didn’t purchase anything. She also said you cannot buy it anyway and you weren’t going to. My advice is if you have a new sales women you will see an increase in sales."
