"I paid to have two pendants attached together (with silver) for a necklace, but it was very poor workmanship. It wasn't done properly, so one of the pendants kept facing the wrong way. I regret paying for it. Then, after 3-4 months it completely fell apart. The guy in the shop was also very unfriendly and cold. And lastly, they don't even have a particularly good collection of jewellery either. Very terrible service on the whole. EDIT: I see the jeweller has responded below... so it appears he's also a liar. I've now attached a photo as proof, so now he must feel very silly indeed. Accusing your customers of writing fake reviews is absolutely pathetic and you should be ashamed."
"We needed our daughter's necklace repaired urgently for a trip abroad. The owner was fully booked but said he would do his best. He was in fact able to fix it before our trip. His charge was also very reasonable and he was courteous throughout. Excellent service - highly recommended!"
