"Unfortunately my husband managed to damaged the front near side wing, door panel and sill of our Mercedes GLC after striking a protective barrier in a car park. 1 Touch Repair at Otford were nominated as repairers by our insurers. They are conveniently located close to our home. After reading some of the mixed online reviews about 1 Touch Cenres nationally, I was a little concerned if we had made the right decsion to use them. However, I was very impressed with all aspects of their service, at the Otford branch, from the ability to upload images of the damage so that parts could be ordered, the contact from the Otford centre, to the provision of a clean and servicable courtesy car. I would also like to mention the centres manager Duncan. Throughout the process he kept us informed on the progress of the cars repair and he worked hard to ensure that the vehicle returned in time for our hoilday, not an easy task with a such tight deadline. The quality of the repair was excellent. Overall, a well deserved 5* review."

"No show after asking me to stay home so they could collect my vehicle (despite me calling on the day to re-confirm collection). Customer care lines close early and refused to supply a courtesy car despite my policy stating one would be supplied… you’ll probably be palmed onto them by your insurer so not even your choice but good luck. They are awful."

"These guys were selected by the 3rd party insurers as a result of an accident that wasn't my fault, and I'll be honest, the only review on Google being 2 stars sent shivers down my spine... I'm very glad that I looked at Trustpilot to find the brand as a whole fairs well and I was more reassured but still not certain... Well, the quality of their work is absolutely exceptional, I was completely expecting a new panel that, in the hands of anyone, wouldn't be able to match the 11 year old colour of the neighbouring panels... It looks identical, brand new and there's absolutely no telling the difference. The paint even has a special metallic element I was expecting to be hard to match and it's perfect. I've shared it in lots of WhatsApp groups and everyone is stunned! On top of that, the car was collected Wednesday, finished late Friday (given that there was no structural damage beneath) and delivered back to me on the Monday. They kept in communication the entire time, updating me on progress and were always polite. Honestly couldn't fault them at all and I look forward to my next crash hahaha! "They did the work very fast.. but that's about all I can say! I had to use them as my insurance company insisted. When I first went to collect the car there was still smashed glass in the car, sticky marks from tape over the doors, grit in the paintwork, overspray on the door seals and inside of doors, scratch on the steering column. Terrible job all round and no quality control so I sent it back. Much better 2nd time round but it shouldn't need me to find all the issues, should be done right first time."
