"Good honest advice, quick and efficient installation service, friendly and competent engineers. We have a large Kitchen / Family Room, which is south facing and has a 6 meter run of Byfold doors. The room is the hub of our home but was unbearable during the summer months. We can now finally enjoy this space as intended with this great new system. The lead Engineer Jack also installed a Smart App module allowing us to cool the room before we get home. "The only reason I have given this company 1 star was because Julie in their service department was so helpful. We paid nearly £400 to service 2 working air conditioning units and diagnose why the 3rd unit wasn't working. Apparently the £400 didn't include any repairs. Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect which the engineer had warned us about and said if it didn't work we would need a new unit. On phoning the next day to say the unit still wasn't working I was told that it would cost a further £180 for another engineer to visit and make a new diagnosis. Fortunately Julie negotiated a further visit at no charge. By this stage I had lost all confidence in All Seasons and called another company who came and after a thorough service the unit is working without the need for a replacement I feel very let down by All Seasons and consider their charges were exorbitant for what was a very poor service.
