"Very disappointing and unprofessional services!! My back window was crashed, so phoned Autoglass to see they could help on 6th April. The person on the line confirmed my car's maker, model and even VIN, and told me they don't have the glass in stock, will check other places. They even contacted my insurance company. However, no further update after until I rang them again on 19th. They just told me that they could not find the glass and asked me to contact my insurance company myself. Then I asked why no one contacted me about that in almost TWO weeks?? The person just told me she didn't know and then hung up the phone. I have been left without a car for 13 days, and could not go anywhere during the Easter break! Their services is pathetic!"
