"Horrible experience. The director of this business had sent somebody to discuss the installation and provide a quote for a new boiler. After we agreed upon the price, we went ahead with the installation on the agreed date however the installation wasn't done properly and now the director of this business says he has got nothing to do with it and we will need to chase the installer!"
