"It has been roughly 11 months and we are very happy with the new walk-in shower! The old one was leaking and was making a huge mess, so we urgently needed to have it replaced. Dan did an amazing job of working around the existing bathroom to give us everything that we needed for my disabled father. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked around our tight budget. Dan was also happy to help us with fitting products for a disabled person. The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we haven’t had any leaks!"
"Dan is an amazing, knowledgeable and very professional heating and gas engineer. We called him in to power flush our central heating system (photo attached) as the radiators were not getting hot enough or in some cases at all. He quickly figured out the issue with the pipework and also advised on other issues to make the gas and heating safe for us. We appreciated his attitude and work ethic and decided to go with his recommendations to introduce a boiler flue management kit and renew the gas supply pipework. Dan kept us fully informed throughout the process of his work and that really helped us feel more confident and comfortable that he was doing a great job and everything in the right way and in line with the latest regulations. We would definitely recommend Dan for plumbing and heating works."
"Dr H2O was absolutely brilliant this morning (Sunday). We phoned Dr H2O on Saturday evening regarding a leak in the bathroom and reported that a seal needed to be checked. Dr H20 said "no problem I can be with you for a fix on Sunday morning". Within an hour and a half on Sunday morning the bathroom was fixed and also a problem with the kitchen sink.
