"Worst experience! Although he was quick to make an appointment, he only took 20 mins to service a serger and a sewing machine. When the serger ceased a week after the service, he did not respond to any communications sent. Took the serger to another repairman who showed me that the machine had not been serviced at all - would appear that all he did was take the fabric fluff out of the machine! Would never recommend this service to anyone."

This was fantastic and prompt service. His ability to diagnose both the industrial machine and a US home machine on a totally different voltage was top knotch!
