"Ravi kindly came at short notice to assemble a storage unit on my balcony. He quoted a great price for it (just £60) but it took him longer than anticipated. Rather than charing more, he left it at my discretion, so I paid him £80 which I hope was OK. He also got my radiator working and detached my broken television from it's mount and carried it down to my car. A thoughtful and professional service.
