"Disappointing service i would not recommend them i questioned weather money owed to hmrc was actual amount or payment on account, I was assured by Stephen it was actual amount. I didn't think this was right so contacted hmrc who confirmed it was payment on account. When I went back to sem and said they were wrong and could we get these accounts done. Not once was there an apology for providing the incorrect information but I was told nothing would be looked at untill I paid a outstanding invoice which I had never received or been asked about until I complained about the incorrect information being given to me. I paid the invoice within a couple of days of receiving the new invoice then a few days later received a condescending but polite letter telling me they would know longer handle my accounts. I'm very much ok with that."
