"I had a very bad experience with this cold hearted lady who's got no flexibility or understanding of people's life situation whatsoever. I had an initial call with her a few weeks ago and she sent me a quote that I was happy with so we scheduled in an appointment to get started. I had to reschedule 4 days in advance due to work commitments and we booked in a new appointment. A few hours earlier the same day that the new appointment was scheduled I had to cancel as my dog was very ill and I had to take him for an emergency surgery to the vet. Unfortunately I lost my beloved dog in a very horrible and shocking way. Due to this event I took a bit of time to get back to her and I explained the situation. We had a couple of short email conversations and she very cold heartedly said she cannot do the work for me and accused me of being a time waster and that I didn't reply to her emails quick enough. New clients are not just falling into your lap so obviously you need to have a few conversations and explain your services before winning a client but she is completely right in the aspect of that she is not the accountant for me. I don't want to work with rude, cold hearted, non-flexible people who's got no empathy for others. There is no doubt who was the time waster in this situation..."
