"I heard Grove Pension Services (GPS) were good & I didn't realise they would be a perfect fit for my Financial Service. They informed me of the process & true to their word. I had a named advisor throughout whom firmly held my hand to guide me through. My advisor, like clockwork contacted me every 2 weeks & replied to every email within a short time. "Initially things seemed positive with Grove and communication was good. Unfortunately this did not last long. I was doing a pension transfer with them, as it turned out a huge, stressful, costly mistake. They took months longer than originally suggested which ended up costing me many thousands of pounds in lost valuation of transfer fund. Communication was very poor and most milestone targets missed. They also made various mistakes in the process but never admitted liability, instead choosing to take even longer with ‘reviews’ of what seemed like their own reviews. I could under no circumstances recommend this company."
