"I've been using Samera for a number of years for accounting. This review is for their accounting services. Unfortunately after David Hossein left, their service has gone downhill. My accountants keep changing and it can get confusing who is dealing with what. I've spotted some mistakes in my tax return which had to be corrected. Just recently they have almost doubled the fees for the same service and they are now one of the more expensive accountants for dental associates(I've asked many dental colleagues and compared the fees). I didn't find the 'Setting up in Practice Bootcamp' all that useful (I did the bootcamp in 2021) and my feedback was negative, however they didn't follow up on my feedback. It seems that they have ignored and haven't published my honest feedback. The positive is that they respond quickly and can get the accounting done quickly. I haven't used their other business services so cannot comment on that."
