"I have just visited this lovely lady for the first time. I have a Shorkie, she is very nervous but good as gold. We recently had a very traumatic experience at another groomer which left our dear Millie shaking for days. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at ease, Millie seemed a tad nervous but was already being loved and cuddled. When we returned.... well.... WOW!!! We had a beautifully trimmed dog, but the best thing was a wagging tail and she looked so happy and relaxed. Both my husband and I are over the moon with the love, dedication and professionalism. "Unless I move further away this company has a customer for life. My dog was not exactly best behaved. Lidia understood the circumstances for why he behaved that way and kept on going for him. Only someone with a true passion for dogs could have kept up with that. Lidia varied knowledge base on dog seemed to be very impressive aswell. She was able to explain things about a double coated dog breed that even I didn't know. Thank you for an excellent service myself and my wife could not be happier."
