"I am absolutely disgusted the way I was spoken to I bought some juice drank some didn’t taste right, it was out of date so I took in back to store and the gentleman said will what do you want me to about it do you want another one. I said no thank you I would like my money back he then stated it was my fault because I should check dates before I leave the store. Will I’m not being funny it’s not my job to check dates. I spend a lot of money in this store but I won’t be now."
"Fair selection of products but they definitely take advantage of the fact that they are nearby numerous schools in Cardiff, with children who know little of overpriced products. I suppose that is a good marketing strategy though. The staff don’t really talk much and they also started limiting how many students could enter the store at once (either out of fear of people stealing or of overcrowding as the place is quite small)"
