"I have been queuing at the till, then when I was about to be served, I was asked by the cashier to let another person in front of me, who was coming from 8 meters away from the left side. WHY? According to her, people need to queue from that side, but there's no indication anywhere. Total idiots. I took photos as well to show that there isn't any sign indicating which side to queue from."
"absolute joke. wanted to make use of the beauty bar at the back of the shop, the opening times said 10am - 7pm.. no one on there so we asked for some help and all we got is “it’s shut cos staff have rang in sick”… put a sign up then to avoid confusion and learn some customer service skills. so rude and so unnecessary."

"Lovely new clean store that is well stocked, however it is unfortunate that your till pricing are incorrect to labelled prices. To make matters worse the staff were extremely unhelpful when highlighted and blame it on a internal system issues. My personal frustration began from the point on waiting to be served even tho the staff saw a queue at their till, to then be told unfortunately this is the price that shows on the till without going to check themselves and finally after I personal had to take a photo to show them YOUR error, no apology was given. No manager available in store, so a team leader who didn’t seem bothered eventually showed up to do a price override. No impressed as a loyal regular customer so I decided to go to Boots next door for the rest of my shopping."
