"I went to the travel clinic in superdrug (Queen Street, Cardiff) cause I needed the rabbies vaccine for my nex trip, they didn't give me the vaccine cause they didn't have it in stock but still charged me 20£ for the consultation, when in the website it clearly says "A medical in person consultation fee will be charged ONLY if a vaccination/tablets or capsules are not administered/supplied. This is a non-refundable £20 fee and is per appointment." I sent them an email asking them for a refund and after 3weeks they got back to me saying that they were not gonna pay anything, obviously it wasnt my choice not to have the vaccine, I didnt have it cause they were out of stock. Unvelievable and unprofessional."

"Appalling customer service! I waited ages to be served and when the only girl on the tills finally called me forward, I was then usurped by someone wanting to buy perfume so I had to stand awkwardly by the till with the queue-jumping perfume buyer practically standing on top of me! The Superdrug employee's weak apology and claim that she had to serve people wanting to buy perfume first just served to anger me further... At the point where you've already called a customer forward to the till, you've committed to serving them, in my opinion! Sort it out Superdrug! :-("
"Had the perfect nail treatment from Kate yesterday. I had a gel polish manicure which was £18 with my student discount. Fantastic value for a really brilliant manicure. Kate was also really friendly and professional, thank you! I’ll be back soon!"
