"OK where do I begin? There are dog groomers & then there is Toff's. From the very first conversation with Nikki I knew I was in the right place. I have two toy poodles & have a fairly good knowledge of the breed however Nikki could describe everything I know & then some. Poodles & poodle mixes (cockapoo, cavapoo etc) are Toff's speciality. For those who don't know, many people get a poodle or poodle mix thinking that they don't moult but they do. The hair doesn't come off like another dogs coat so poodles need lots of grooming otherwise they get knots which can become painful. Nikki talked me through all the options after examining Rosie . I could have Rosie groomed to breed standard or owners request. Nikki described the 'prima' wash system she uses (which is included in the price & I've not seen another dog groomer offer this) they offer coat specific shampoos & conditioners rather than general ones. Toff's also offer teeth cleaning & pawdicures paw treatment (which Rosie loved) and many many other services (including doggy day care). I'm so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism & service that I can fully recommend Toff's dog groomers. Now Rosie has had her groom I'll book Charlie in soon for his."
