"I received absolutely disgusting service today when I went to pick up my Hermes parcel. I’d just finished an 8 hour shift at the hospital and sent my parcel to Yvonne because I knew I’d be out at work. The man on the desk refused to give me my parcel because my name was under Becky rather than ‘Rebecca’ stated on my ID card. He scoffed at me and belittled me in front of other customers and was so misogynistic and cruel. I asked to speak to manager and he refused to contact them and told me I was being abusive and told me to leave. I burst into tears because of the way he was treating me and he shouted at me and told me that he could be abusive too. I’m not an inflammatory person and just wanted to pick up my Hermes parcel after a long shift. I will never use this store again and can see from the reviews that many people have had similar experiences."
"Nice store with a good range and services. Guy stands in front of Hermes machine when you want to use it. Checking for a parcel, went from the bottom to the top unable to find it. Then went from the top to the bottom again checking every parcel and packet. While I'm waiting. When he gets to the bottom I lean to to print label and he just says "you wait" so I stand still while he stands and faces me and says "you wait till I finish" after he just stares at me, I leave. I think he wanted a fight but I'm in my 60's and only want to post a parcel. Went to the one on Bilton Road instead. A lot less hassle. Never again."
