The process of arranging an appointment with Natalie was easy and I was able to schedule a visit for the same week which was ideal as we were going away for the weekend and I wanted to use the carriers . Natalie was very welcoming and easy to get along with . She made me feel comfortable and ensured I was confident with each step. I would definitely recommend this service. It has eased my worries and I feel more confident using the carriers, knowing the fitting has been adjusted to fit me and my baby and I understand the position baby needs to be in . Natalie gave useful pointers throughout that are easy to remember. After the appointment, Natalie sent a follow up email which included additional videos for support which I really appreciated too and shows that Natalie has a genuine care for her clients."
