He would never let me cut his nails but felt really comfortable with her. I will definitely be using again and thank you! He smells amazing!! X"

"Absolutely horrible. I took my chow chow puppy for a groom and tode up his hair i said please everywhere and before it took 3 hours to do it other place she did in 50 min and called said he was done i asked her before the appointment and she said she had a lot of experience with chow chow and the dog is at home itching everywhere and he doesn't look like a chow chow i asked to trim the dog where it was untidy not shave him i paid £120 and it is a full scam never again. And the dog is the calmest when it comes to grooming did back legs but not the front ones completely cut the hair in back so it doesn't even look like a chow chow anymore. Is horrible. And since i took him home his left ear is down i don't know what she did or what she treated but is not normal. If vet says something was done i am taking this to court. And i went back and he wouldn't even stay close to her he was growling and i was surprised how is possible but now thinking of he might have been treated i am not surprised."
