"My dog, Ludo, had a bad cut from an independent mobile groomer. This groomer took 6 hours, leaving his body patchy whilst neglecting his head fur. I reached out to Amanda to see if she could help me repair the damage caused. She responded immediately, offering me an emergency appointment. Ludo had his groom with Amanda's team today and the change is dramatic! He looks like his old self again. I wish I had gone to Dolly Dog Grooming in the first place. "Contacted Amanda after my Border terrier was harshly stripped and left with holes and hair which had fallen out ..she didn't bother to reply to my messages and photo..just ignoring me which is shocking customer service. The dog was also bathed after a strip which has caused a big infection and a trip to the vets ..I've told her so many times as I thought this is common knowledge with dog groomers "YOU NEVER wash after a strip !. ..she clearly doesn't care about animals or her customers anymore. This is all on top of waiting an added month because she didn't put me in the dairy when I was booked in (wish I went elsewhere now in hindsight..such poor service all round and As a customer for a few years now I'm deeply saddened and will be looking for another groomer."

"This review is for dog boarding not grooming as I don't have a dog that needs grooming so I have only used Dollys for boarding but they are absolutely brilliant. Amanda was quick to respond to my enquiry, very friendly and made a huge effort to accommodate my dog at very short notice. Her staff are lovely, very caring and knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds. Mine is an 8 year old flat coated retriever and I could tell, when I picked him up that he'd been very happy there despite never having boarded there before. Dollys is very professional. There is comprehensive paperwork to fill out beforehand which instils great confidence as then you know they have all the information they need about your dog to give him the best possible care. Dollys compares very highly with other dog boarding services I've used in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it."
