"Good quality cheap swimming session from 13:45 - 1500 on on a Sunday. We took out 2 and half year old and 18 month old and had a good session. Communal changing are was clean. Although showers lacked water pressure though. Pool was clean and lifeguard was helpful. Floats/noodles available to borrow for little children as there is no toddler pool! There are vending machines in the foyer. YOU NEED TO PRE BOOK TO VISIT!"

"It needs investment desperately. Toilets are awful, changing rooms/showers aren't nice at all. Gym equipment is limited it's has most things covered but there is not much options. Haven't used the pool so can't say anything about that. Sadly its the only gym in Llantwit Major so locals don't really have a choice."
