"Over recent months all staff have achieved excellant standard of customer communication and interaction. If member regular emails very good with encouragement for exercise. Some personal trainers will come and chat which gives a supportive and inclusive feel. Coffee staff almost feel like friends and chatty and remember order!!"
"My Wife and her friend are regular visitors and after a session in the gym they like to use the steam room and then the jacuzzi . Unfortunately what should be a relaxing experience it is spoil't by young men acting like football hooligans,shouting ,throwing ice at each other and making nuisance of them selves.On some occasions my Wife and her friend feel so intimidated they leave. I think the management should ensure that this type of behavior will not be tolerated"
