"Managed to book 1 family swim in last 4 months (only 13 other people in pool), app not set up to book kids in without paying again. Paying 110 a month for swimming lessons that is meant to include family swim time and an admin error had them booked into another leisure centre so no space for them now, even though space when I booked they haven't honoured it and taken responsibilty for their error . Terrible terrible service."
