"We dealt with Lisa at the WsM branch and had several consultations with her before making the decision of ordering an engagement ring for my wife as a replacement for a ring that had lost its stone. This took a bit of confidence for us as it was a possible resize at another jewlers due to the small size required. Lisa displayed good customer service skills and an excellent knowledge of the products in the shop and rings in general. Confidence in the company was given by the way we were treated by this member of staff which resulted in our purchase and we were fortunate that on arrival at the store the ring was a good fit which Lisa even physically checked with us. We could not of got any better service and it made the experience go very smoothly and we would definetely shop there again and recomend them to others."
