"A pair of hoop earrings fell apart after two months . Returned to store and was quizzed as to what happened. Told them that I had only opened them three times. Offered a replacement but declined as I felt the same would happen again. They were sent to head office who said I had mishandled them by bending back too far which I hadn't done. On picking up the pieces only three were present. Apparently they have lost one piece. I paid £59.99 for a pair which had broken into four pieces. I should have four pieces as that's what I bought. The staff made me feel like I was lying and really upset me. I am now waiting for a reply as to what they are going to do with regards to the lost piece. I gave them four pieces and that's what I should get back . I won't be shopping there again as the quality of the earrings was clearly suspect to break so readily after only taking them out three times. Trading standards have told me to take the earrings to another jewellers to get them appraised so I need the pieces. I've now had three pieces back and an odd piece to make the four. Shoddy jewelry and customer service. Staff in store dismissive and rude. My advise is to shop elsewhere like I will do in the future"
